Spend Here.
Grow Here.
Roseburg Wins.
Every dollar you spend here circles back to local jobs, local sports teams, and the causes that make Douglas County home. See how it works, and who's part of the circle.
Where Does Your Dollar Go?
When you spend at a locally owned small business, most of your money stays and keeps working right here. When you spend it at a national chain or an out-of-state website, much of it leaves our community and doesn’t come back.
Put simply, shopping small keeps our dollars close to home, supporting local jobs, local families, and the businesses that make Douglas County feel like home.

This Is What “Full Circle” Really Means
Money spent locally doesn’t stop at the register. It keeps moving from one neighbor to the next, and most of it stays right here in Douglas County. Here’s how a single $100 can travel through our community.
And it doesn’t stop there
Along the way, local businesses give back in ways the big chains don’t. 66% of small businesses donate to local charities and 64% sponsor or donate to local events. They give at a rate larger businesses can’t match, donating 250% more to local nonprofits and community causes. And they create about two out of every three net new jobs in the country, the jobs that hold a community together.
