President & CEO
Kira Zavala serves as President & CEO of the Roseburg Area Chamber of Commerce, bringing extensive Chamber leadership experience, a strong commitment to business advocacy, and a passion for helping communities grow with purpose.
With a background in membership development, strategic programming, community engagement, leadership development, and organizational transformation, Kira is focused on strengthening the Chamber’s role as a trusted convener, champion, and resource for businesses throughout Roseburg and Douglas County.
Kira holds the Institute for Organization Management designation through the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Foundation and is an Accredited Chamber Executive. She has served in Chamber leadership at the local, state, and regional levels and is known for her forward-thinking approach to Chamber work, member engagement, and community impact.
As the author of The Chamber Clarity Agenda, Kira brings a deep understanding of the Chamber industry and a passion for helping Chambers modernize, clarify their purpose, and create meaningful value for the businesses and communities they serve.
At the Roseburg Area Chamber, Kira is leading a renewed vision centered on connection, promotion, development, and advocacy. Her work includes modernizing Chamber systems, expanding member benefits, enhancing business visibility, strengthening leadership programs, and creating new opportunities for businesses, nonprofits, entrepreneurs, and community leaders to engage.
