What You'll Experience

Leadership Growth
Participants will strengthen personal and professional leadership skills through guided discussion, reflection, and practical tools. Topics may include emotional intelligence, communication, mindset, goal setting, confidence, and leading with purpose.
Civic Engagement
Participants will gain a deeper understanding of the people, organizations, industries, and public systems that shape Douglas County. Each participant will also attend two local public meetings to observe civic leadership in action.
