Project Leadership

Project Leadership

Douglas County’s future is shaped by the people willing to step up and lead. Project Leadership Roseburg is a nine-month program that connects community-minded professionals with the people, places, and ideas driving our region forward — and gives them the tools, confidence, and connections to make a real difference.

Applications Open June 15th

The 2026–27 class is now forming. Space is limited and Chamber members receive priority placement.

What’s new this year:

  • Integrated personal, professional, and emotional intelligence coaching woven through every session
  • A hands-on Community Nonprofit Project where your class selects, funds, and delivers a real project for a local nonprofit — working in teams across project management, marketing, and fundraising
  • A civic engagement requirement that puts you in the room where community decisions are made

Scholarships available for small businesses with 5 or fewer employees and nonprofits with annual budgets under $250,000. Up to 50% off tuition for qualifying Chamber members.

Applications open June 15th | Deadline August 21st, 2025  Chamber members: $900 | Non-members: $1,110
