Project Leadership

Project Leadership Roseburg is a professional leadership development program that also provides participants with a comprehensive education of Douglas County.

The nine-month program shares knowledge that fosters dedication and volunteerism in our community to help create a more vibrant Douglas County.

The chamber celebrated our 2024-25 participants’ graduation from the leadership program at our May membership meeting lunch, the 35th year of Project Leadership Roseburg.

The chamber’s 36th year, 2025-26 Project Leadership Roseburg began on September 11, 2025. Participants will graduate from the leadership program at the chamber’s May 18, 2026 membership meeting lunch. The chamber will open applications for the 2026-27 leadership program in late May, 2026.
