The chamber’s 36th year of Project Leadership Roseburg (2025-26) will begin on September 11, 2025. The chamber is now accepting applications. The deadline to apply is August 21.

Project Leadership Roseburg is a professional leadership development program that also provides participants with a comprehensive education of Douglas County.

The nine-month program shares knowledge that fosters dedication and volunteerism in our community to help create a more vibrant Douglas County.

Since 1989, the Roseburg Area Chamber has graduated more than 700 business and community-minded leaders from its acclaimed leadership program.

The cost for the program for Roseburg Area Chamber members is $775; the cost for non-member participants is $975.  Roseburg Area Chamber members will be given priority and acceptance is on a first-come/first-approved basis. Only one candidate per company may be accepted. A $50 fee must accompany application. The application fee is applied to the tuition cost if the applicant is accepted; if not selected, the deposit will be refunded.

Applications can be submitted two ways:  (1) Mail the application along with a check for the $50 application fee to the Roseburg Area Chamber of Commerce, P.O. Box 1026, Roseburg, OR 97470.  (2) Email the application to the chamber business office ([email protected]) and pay the $50 application fee by credit card using the “ticket” link below. The chamber does not invoice for the application fee.
