Annual Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony is held on the front lawn of the Douglas County Courthouse, 1036 SE Douglas Avenue in Roseburg.  The ceremony is a collaborative endeavor of the City of Roseburg, Douglas County Board of Commissioners, Dowtown Roseburg Association and First Christian Church.
