Presenters will also discuss potential impacts resulting from November’s general election.
Leading our panel of presenters this year is Mark McMullen, Vice President of Policy and Research with Common Sense Institute (CSI). Mark brings a wealth of expertise to CSI, having served as the longest-tenured Chief Economist for the State of Oregon under three governors.
Joining McMullen on the panel will be Jeremy Rogers, Director of Legal Affairs & Public Policy for the Oregon REALTORS®; Nick Smith, Executive Director for Healthy Forests and Healthy Communities (HFHC) and, a fourth presenter TBA.
Prior to joining Oregon REALTORS®, Rogers spent more than a decade working with leaders in the manufacturing, technology, health care and energy sectors to identify and solve public policy challenges affecting business and economic development in Oregon. Smith’s background is in public policy and communications, having worked in the Oregon Legislature in various capacities and having served several members of leadership in the House of Representatives.
